Service was courteous, on time and professional

I had Adams' Rib cater a Family Reunion BBQ, and I'm so glad I did! The Service was courteous, on time and professional. All the food was OUTSTANDING! The ribs and chicken were smoked to perfection with just the right amount of sauce. My Family members couldn't stop talking about the food including the Mac & Cheese and other sides, I even heard people talking about the baked beans were delicious as well. Like others have said, the fried fish is also amazing. So if you're looking for good food and professional service, this is a must.

Saw ad on line, hard to find. when going with address alone any business should use a "near" point that is known. Nice outside with two big flags and door painted nicely (only arbys drive in patrons see it though). Presents a nice picture on entry. We ordered one of the most expensive menu items, full rack of St. Louis ribs and corn bread muffins..They need a little spark here with some one welcoming you and taking charge to emit a friendly atmosphere. Corn bread great, ribs were much to be desired. There could be great potential here. Their fate is in their own hands, they need culinary professional help.

The last time I ate at Adams' Rib' the food was not the same as the last two times. The mac and cheese dry and old tasting' greens tasted can' not fresh. Won't be bac . If they keep this up wont be open lon . Sorry
